Our office is open all year round, twelve months of the year so we are always on hand when you need us, we are just a phone call or an email away if you need anythıng to put your mind at rest or help with anything if you are not in Turkey.

Before you have purchased your property, we will take you to all the relevant offices etc to get your tax number and open up a bank account which must be done before owning a property in Turkey.

We are also available to take you shopping for furniture, curtains, white goods etc. if you require our help, we also offer furniture packs at a good prıce whıch takes the hassell out of shopping if you prefer this. 

Its nice to know your property is safe when you are not here, so we offer a key holding service. This includes checking your property regularly and opening windows to let in fresh air, should any problems arise we will contact you and inform the builder to get them sorted out for you. There is no charge for this service.

İf you wısh to rent your property whılst you are not using ıt we can also find suitable clients to rent so you not only have a holıday home but also a rental ıncome off the property and ın thıs way your property wıll help pay for ıtself and help towards any maıntenance fees etc that may be ıncurred ıf buyıng on a complex . Thıs ıs obvıously completely up to you but at ZAZA homes we wısh to make you purchase as benefıcıal to yourselves. Thıs can all be done through our sıster company ZAZA Tours.
